A survey just came out, giving state by state rankings on penis size. The winner? North Dakota. The biggest loser (or shall we say, the smallest) goes to Mississippi. Retailer Condomania complied condom sales data by state. Then, the percentage of customers purchasing small or large size condoms was compared to the total of customers who purchased regular sized condoms.
Their methodology was quite unscientific. Maybe North Dakotoans just hate using condoms or perhaps Mississippians are really, really paranoid.
