The kid Kanye West flailed his arms at in a Beverly Hills chiropractor waiting room just got $250,000. Sources say the guy agreed to a civil settlement and will not go forward with criminal prosecution.

The DA most likely will not charge Kanye because now the victim is not cooperating and a jury won’t show much compassion for a kid calling Kanye the n-word. Unless they’re all part of the KKK, in which case, that’s some bad luck.
