Pimp Stomps Out Victim And Guess Who He Sues (Hint: Not The Victim)

Sirgiorgiro Clardy did a two-step on a john’s face so bad he needed stitches and plastic surgery on his nose. And now he’s suing Nike.

Clardy claims Nike failed to warn consumers their shoes could cause personal injury. Read his complaint he hand-wrote from jail:

Under product liability there is a certain standard of care that is required to be up-held by potentially dangerous product … Do (sic) to the fact that these defendants named in this Tort claim failed to warn of risk or to provide an adequate warning or instruction it has caused personal injury in the likes of mental suffering.

If only he knew Nikes were such a dangerous weapon, he would’ve unlaced his Nikes, set them aside and stomped out that john in his bare feet.
