Kim Kardashian was 23 when she made her sex tape with Ray J. But times have changed and fame moves a lot faster now so it’s no wonder Kylie Jenner, 16, has been hanging out with Justin Bieber’s bff Lil Za, 20.

Lil Za, who was recently charged with 3 felonies stemming from the police raid on Bieber’s house, posted a few pics of him and Kylie hanging out in Bieber’s weed kitchen last Sunday.

If you think about it, the relationship makes perfect sense. He meets all the requirements on the Kardashian starter boyfriend checklist: 1) Black 2) Tangentially famous 3) Not very bright and can be easily manipulated.
