Sam Worthington was arrested in NYC on Sunday after punching a photographer in the face resulting in a cut above his nose.
At around 5:30 pm at a bar in Greenwich Village, a photog named Sheng Li allegedly kicked Sam’s girlfriend, Lara Bingle, in the shins. Sam then punched Li in the face. Bingle had a bruise on her leg.
Police arrested him on assault and Li was arrested and charged with assault, reckless endangerment and harassment.
Of course, no word on why Li kicked Bingle in the shins which is the one thing everyone wants to know. People just don’t go around kicking other people in the shins at bars for no reason. Unless they’re throwing a tantrum. Then it’s perfectly acceptable.
