Simon Cowell was chilling in Miami Beach on Monday, as super rich people are apt to do, and an officer of the law walked up to him and gave him a ticket for having his dogs there. Then a bunch of photogs swarmed on him like Lindsay Lohan on a line of coke.

I was ticketed at a beach once. But it was for being too sexy. They told me to put on a shirt because I was making too many people swoon. True story.
