The ‘Today’ Show No Makeup Day Was Terrifying

The one thing that sucks about makeup is that it’s gotten so good at hiding any flaw that sometimes it’s not even a real person you’re looking at. It’s like when girls say they need to put on their face, they’re actually putting on a face. Not unlike John Travolta and Nic Cage in Face/Off. Minus all the cutting off of faces stuff.

On Monday’s TODAY, hosts went makeup free showing their real faces. It was pretty depressing. It’s not that they’re ugly people, it’s more of the shattering of illusions. Like finding out that unicorn you saw was actually a horse with a cardboard horn.
