NFL Player Aldon Smith Arrested At LAX For Alleged Bomb Threats

Time to revisit those fantasy football player drafts. Star San Francisco 49er defensive end Aldon Smith was arrested earlier today for yelling ‘bomb’ in the airport. This after TSA agents randomly chose him for a secondary security screening at LAX. According to TMZ:

Smith became “belligerent and uncooperative with the process and with the TSA agent making a comment indicating that he was in possession of a bomb before proceeding toward the gate area.”

Maybe Smith yelled ‘bong’ and not ‘bomb’, as in there’s a bong in my bag. To be fair, those words sound the same.

During the arrest, Smith proclaimed his innocence and told the cops they would be “embarassed” later. That sounds like someone saying “You’ll be sorrrry!”

Too bad this didn’t happen on the football field. Smith could just flatten the cops, take his bags and run for the exit. Touchdown!!
