Days after being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, the night before Wrestlemania XXX this weekend actually, The Ultimate Warrior passed away.
Officials say Warrior collapsed outside an Arizona hotel at 5:50 PM on Tuesday while walking to his car with his wife.
Warrior, born James Hellwig, was a fixture in wrestling for years and was one of the few old guards that were left. Sadly, it isn’t too shocking that he was only 54. Old school wrestlers have the lifespan of a fruit fly. At least he’ll now be jumping off the top ropes in the sky.
