Everyone’s third favorite Disney star, Bella Thorne, hit up Miami beach with her friends over the weekend. She pranced around in a bikini in the ocean with her hair stylist Steven Castillo who has an unfortunate face tattoo over his left eye. Though I’m sure that tattoo is like catnip to all the ladies.
