Groveling has become Robin Thicke’s forte. He’s been trying to get Paula Patton for god knows how many months. He’s dedicated so many songs to her that the liner notes of his albums might as well have “Paula + Robin Together Forever,” scribbled over and over in them like an insane person.
Surprisingly, dedicating songs to her while throwing no pants parties afterward hasn’t worked so now Thicke is upping the ante by writing an entirely new song for Paula which he’ll debut at the Billboard Music Awards. It’s subtly titled “Get Her Back” and features lyrics such as:
If you could see me right now, I’d be mimicking cracking a whip and going “whoopshhh.”
