Casey Kasem Dead at 82

Casey Kasem has finally shuffled off this mortal coil. Early Father’s Day morning, Casey passed away surrounded by family and friends, informed his daughter, Kerri Kasem, on Facebook.

Early this Father’s Day morning, our dad Casey Kasem passed away surrounded by family and friends. Even though we know he is in a better place and no longer suffering, we are heartbroken. Thank you for all your love, support and prayers. The world will miss Casey Kasem, an incredible talent and humanitarian; we will miss our Dad.

Thus ends his wife’s battle with the courts to fight for her right to make his life an actual living hell. I can’t imagine anyone would be thrilled with being force fed with a tube stuffed down their throat.

In other news, there’s no word on if his wife will be bringing more pounds of raw hamburger meat to his funeral to throw on his grave.
