‘Gone Girl’s Ben Affleck and David Fincher to Remake Hitchcock’s ‘Strangers on a Train’

Gone Girl did so well, why not reunite the team. The Hollywood Reporter says Ben Affleck, director David Fincher and screenwriter Gillian Lynch intend to remake Alfred Hitchcock’s Strangers on a Train. Will they show Affleck’s sizable penis this time? Only time will tell. The original starred Farley Granger and Robert Walker. Walker bumps into tennis star Granger on the train and devise a way to each kill someone they hate.

The project, under the working title Strangers, would see Affleck star as a character similar to Farley Granger’s tennis star who meets a charming psychopath. Fincher’s version would be a more modern take on the story.

Psychopaths, deception and conniving schemes. That’s every Hollywood studio in a nutshell.
