The third trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron continues its hints of Ultron’s plan to break up the Avengers from within. It opens with a James Spader’s Ultron voiceover:
“I was designed to save the world. People would look to the sky and see. Hope. I’ll take that from them first.
There’s only one path to peace. Their extinction.”
From there, Robert Downey Jr. reveals his mistake in creating Ultron. Artificial intelligence that is. And then there are a bunch of explosions and music and fire and bang banging. About the only thing Hollywood can count are superhero movies now. In fact, if the studios turned Selma and Boyhood into superhero movies, they’d have made way more bank.
