Good to know that rock stars are normal people like you and me. Normal people who get shanked upside the head by their own brother. Gee, thanks bro. Mickael Gordon Thomson, 41, guitarist for Slipknot and his brother, Andrew Thomson, got into an early morning altercation on Wednesday.
According to police, the altercation spilled into the front yard, where the incident became physical.
Officers said both men appeared to be intoxicated and had serious injuries consistent with a fight. Police said Mickael Thomson sustained a stab wound to the back of his head. None of the injuries were life-threatening.
That’s when you’re a serious rock star. Anyone can pull a gun, but a real rock star gets into knife fights.
