You can’t stop progress, but you can certainly throw it to the ground and put it in handcuffs. Progress here meaning Wiz Khalifa riding around on a hoverboard at LAX. The rapper encountered Customs and Border Patrol at the airport who take their job very, very seriously. Which is why they were out hunting terrorists like Khalifa.
According to Wiz, he resisted their demands to get off his crazy, flying Devil contraption. When Khalifa refused, they brought him to the ground, told him to ‘stop resisting’ and cuffed him. A little overboard, but Khalifa does act like a dick. He tells the officers that they were mad only because they weren’t as famous as Khalifa. That’s the old “Do you know who I am?” line. Ehh, Wiz wasn’t shot and murdered. Now, that’s REAL progress.
