Chris Rock to Host Oscars Again

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences revealed Wednesday that comedian Chris Rock will return to host the 2016 Academy Awards. He hosted back in 2005, his opening monologue is below.

Would have been cool to see him host last year’s, where the Oscars were the whitest they’ve ever been. Although apparently, the Academy noticed and has responded to the criticism they received last year, and have invited 28 actors, writers, and directors of color to join as members of the Academy. That’s up from six last year.
