Dear Penthouse,
Did you hear this news about Playboy no longer including nude photographs in their magazine anymore? Who cares!
The New York Times reported yesterday that the Internet has rendered nudes in Playboy unnecessary. Scott Flanders, Playboy‘s chief executive explains, “You’re now one click away from every sex act imaginable for free. And so it’s just passé at this juncture.”
Print media, at least magazines, are unfortunately slowly dying and I can’t guess how this will effect the business of Playboy. When they removed nude images from their website, they experienced a growth in web traffic – 16 million up from 4 million. Not too shabby.
Here are some Twitter reactions to the news that I don’t think are boring.
Playboy? You mean the prop magazine used to show what bad kids were up to in marginally risque 80s movies?

I was very sad to hear Playboy magazine will no longer show nudity once someone explained to me what a 'magazine' is
