Nikki Silver has been making badass porn filled with all the hair women are told they shouldn’t have. Women have been filming the real ways in which women can achieve orgasm and heighten their sexuality.
Emma Watson knows this because she personally subscribes to feminist pornographic and research site, OMGYes.com. After the hefty $56 subscription fee, a whole new world opens up. It’s virtually endless and booming in competition with the screaming lies stemming from male centric pornography. It’s out there, and it is accessible. We’re making it. And you should be watching it.
Since going public with her intent to take a full year off acting to focus on feminism, Emma Watson has done exactly that.
Sitting down to interview feminist icon Gloria Steinem on her new book, My Life on the Road (read it!), Watson and Steinem took a brief non sequitur to talk about what some of us have been talking about for years–porn, its impact on sexualization and the call for more realistic, or feminist, forms of pornography.
The current state of the pornography industry is both exploitative and unrealistic. It doesn’t take more than one sexual experience to realize nothing works the way it is in porn. In a perfect world, Steinem would have conventional pornography not exist, but for now she pleads for an alternative.
To that I say, come on! We’ve been making this s**t for years. And it’s great.

Apparently, the two have had this talk before as Steinem alludes:
We were both worried about the envelopment of the earth in pornographic images. Young people especially. The right wing (right wing just in a general way) on one hand is suppressing sex education and allowing, or profiteering off pornography so young people look at porno and think that’s it.
That’s not just porn’s fault as she mentions. It’s a cultural bias of sexual demonization and considered something that’s not suitable for polite conversation at the dinner table. Questions are pushed into the dismissal of hushed tones, and you’re left to figure out all the gross, fabulous, scary and interesting parts for yourself with no guidance.
You, like me, probably showed off your newly sprouted public hair at your overcrowded 12th birthday party to be met by the discomfort of two dozen newly hairy and confused girls. You think for the first time, we’re all going through this, but come morning you never talk about it again. So disappointed, you turn to Google and in a few short phrases, you’re directed to two very informative sources, Yahoo! Answers and PornHub. Yahoo! proves to be boring and generally unhelpful, and Pornhub is just too overwhelming to fully grasp.
Blah blah blah……does this mean more twat shots?
What’s the button I press to have something like an anvil or grand piano land on Capt Cornhold?
Wow. I can’t believe most dudes are that stupid that they don’t understand that sex is about pleasure, and lots and lots of creamy pleasure. That’s the only way #fucks feel insanely incredible. Who would want anything less!
Someone shut that bitch up already… 15 mins are up
