Bella Thorne did what girls do when they want to exercise their freedom. Tattoos. Tiny tattoos. Thorne and her friend Bella Pendergast got matching “B2” tattoos on the inside of their wrists. Thorne also had tattoo artist Daniel Winter ink her with a tiny heart on her shoulder. Thorne Snapchatted the whole thing.

These are about as inoffensive as Reese Witherspoon. Where are the giant letters saying “EAT ME” on her stomach and a arrow pointing down to her crotch.
