Speaking to the Sunday Times, Elijah Wood rehashes what we already know. Child abuse runs rampant in Hollywood and pedophiles are being protected by those in power. This should come as a shock to zero of you.
Wood said his mother protected him from the predators but other kids weren’t so lucky getting snatched up at parties like chum in shark-infested waters.
“You all grew up with Savile – Jesus, it must have been devastating,” he said.
“Clearly something major was going on in Hollywood.
“It was all organised.
“There are a lot of vipers in this industry, people who only have their own interests in mind.
“There is a darkness in the underbelly – if you can imagine it, it’s probably happened.”
Corey Feldman and Corey Haim were one of the more famous victims from the past. More recently, director Bryan Singer was sued for allegedly raping a kid.
In short, if you want to be a child actor in Hollywood, you are probably going to have to get used to a bunch of dicks being thrown at your face every week.
