Hundreds of witches from around the world joined forces to hex Stanford University rapist Brock Turner on Tuesday night, in a bid to make up for the swimmer’s paltry six-month jail sentence.
Since the American justice system doesn’t apply to rich white fuckboys, I guess we’ve come to this.
Turner, who was convicted of raping an unconscious woman behind a dumpster, is currently scheduled to serve just three months of his six month prison sentence, along with a three year probation period.
How you gonna get away with raping an unconscious chick behind a dumpster like the piece of garbage you are, and then tryna run away?

This global gathering of witches was started by Melanie Hexen, who has the best last name in the world for this s**t. Honestly, I would like to apprentice with her and learn her hopefully fuckboy decimating ways.
The hereditary witch – who also works as a bellydancer and midwife – decided to take matters into her own hands this week, when she organised a mass hexing of the Stanford swimmer via a Facebook event page (now deleted). Despite only being sent to 12 of her coven sisters, the ritual quickly went viral; picking up 600 confirmed attendees.

The structural injustice at work here is a function of _class_ AND race AND gender. (Although there’s no denying the practical advantage of being a ‘white dude’ in the status quo, nevertheless I expect if the perpetrator were an un-athletic, white male financial aid recipient in a state school he’d be appropriately sentenced.) The judge should be recalled.
