If you don’t want people to think you’re a gold digger, you probably shouldn’t have your bruised face plastered on the cover of PEOPLE. In their latest issue, Amber Heard gives the magazine exclusives of the bruises from the attack she suffered at the hands of Johnny Depp. A bruised eye, a cut lip. Meanwhile, a new report from Page Six, a source claims Depp tried to suffocate Heard with a pillow.
“I got to her apartment to find her with a cut and bruised lip, a swollen eye and a chunk of hair missing from the top of her head,” the friend recalled. “This incident really stuck with me because she confided in me that day that she feared for her life after an intoxicated Johnny tried to suffocate her with a pillow.”
Heard is asking for $50,000 a month in spousal support. Court documents that she filed say she earned a total of $259,876, but after expenses including agent fees, auto payments and union dues, that number turns out to be $51,461. In contrast, Depp made $30 million last year.
Did Johnny Depp abuse Amber Heard? Maybe. Did PEOPLE pay Heard for the exclusive photos of her after Depp allegedly beat her? Definitely. Could this and her request for $50k/month in spousal support and sole access to their LA mansion make her seem like she cares a bit too much about the cash? Yup. Granted, you could also put on your tinfoil hat and say she’s going to need that money because Depp has a lot of supporters who could potentially blacklist her from future projects.
Gold digger or not, Johnny Depp didn’t have the right to throw cell phone at her, cut her lip etc. Depp is abusive alcoholic and drug addict who needs rehab treatment not enablers who support his violent behavior. Depp has a long history of violence, he destroyed hotel rooms in 90s. under the influence of drugs, alcohol.
How do you know he actually did that? Because she says so? Depp does not have a long history of violence. He’s never beat a woman before, but Amber Heard have. She was arrested for domestic violence against her girlfriend in 2009. She is an abusive alcoholic and drug addict herself.
Her career is over, and she has herself to blame over how this PR was handled. She is toxic now and no one will hire her over how she handled this and her attorneys and PR people did her zero favors on this one, unless they want a quick payout and then she disappears forever.. so she should’ve kept silent about mental and physical abuse by Depp, get some money and vanish?! I believe Vanessa Paradis received hush money and now praise Depp as a wonderful guy!
No, she should have filed all of this in the court papers and let a judge decide on it, instead of running to People and trying to get public opinion on her side. Sorry, but her tactics were super slimey. If she has a legit claim on abuse, file all these photos and incidents in the trial record and it will help her case tremendously. Instead, she went freaking People magazine for a quick pay day.
amber went to court and got TRO against Depp, filed for divorce, filed Police complaint. The judge believed her. People cover came several days later.
I believe not. You don’t know whether actually was abused by Johnny Depp or not.
