Kanye and Kim Keep Koming Out On Top

Taylor Swift does not have grounds to sue. She’s a very smart and very litigious woman, one who doesn’t take s**t (even s**t that’s deserved) and it’s served her well to this point. That was until Kim Kardashian West took it upon herself to expose the snake in our grass. These lawns in Calabasas are expensive. We work hard on these lawns. We love these lawns. We can’t have no snakes.

But when you’re a stubborn snake and your career rests almost entirely on your image of being welcomed to parties in said grass, you aren’t going to go down without a fight. After Sunday night, the infamous night in which KKW posted her entire recording of Taylor approving “Famous” for Kanye:

…Taylor Swift has been mulling over the option of filing a police report.

Swift also threatened Kanye with a lawsuit months ago. That’s a good threat. People are afraid of lawsuits and they are bad for someone’s image. But California law has a big loophole here in favor of the Wests. In the state of California, it is illegal to record conversations held in confidence, but…Taylor’s conversation with Kanye was not held in confidence. Per TMZ:

We’ve heard the full tape … and Taylor knew she was overheard. The conversation from Kanye’s end was on speaker phone, and during the call producer Rick Rubin speaks up several times. Members of the crew filming Kanye on the call also speak in the room.

She’s fucked up so bad recently. If you’re Taylor, life is all about making more money and keeping your man. This week she may have just lost it all.
