George R.R. Martin Teases GoT Prequel

After Game of Thrones won it’s second Emmy in a row for Outstanding Drama Series, the cast and crew went backstage with George R.R. Martin to talk about it. Martin even dropped some serious hints about how he’s gonna keep this franchise going until the end of time.

From Deadline:

“I do have thousands of pages of fake history of everything that led up to Game of Thrones, so there’s a lot of material there and I’m writing more.”

Before you s**t your pants, he followed it up with this.

“At the moment we still have this show to finish and I still have two books to finish so that’s all speculation.”

Who is the one speculating, sir?

All I heard from this is that he’s stoked to create even more opportunities to build up whole new faves to kill.
