The Man of Steel sequel has been a long-rumored priority and also long rumored to have been put on the back burner indefinitely to make way for marginally less boring films. According to Henry Cavill’s agent, though, we’ll be treated to another two hours of the man phoning it in so he can buy expensive s**t to wear when he feels up his freshman girlfriends in public real soon.
Dany Garcia, who represents both Cavill and the infinitely more likable and interesting Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, did an interview with Newsweek where she talked about helping “The Rock” become the highest paid actor on earth, and dropped some details last minute about the next Superman flick.
“We’ve been in a five-month period of time where [Henry Cavill is] re-strategizing, acquiring property [for his production company Promethean], he’s filming [Justice League] now, he’s in development for the Superman standalone… he’s beginning to expand that world. It’s beautifully teed up. In a year from now, or two years from now, he’s going to be a force globally.”
Wow, not a single barely legal girl on earth will be safe.
Yawn.
