‘The Brady Bunch’ is Getting Smaller, Florence Henderson Dies at 82

Florence Henderson died Thanksgiving night at Cedars-Sinai hospital in LA surrounded by friends and family. She was 82.

Florence was best known for playing the plucky mom, Carol, on the Brady Bunch. Though that show was a complete piece of crap, Henderson always managed to be wonderful and likable while she spat out horrible lines.

Henderson appeared many times on Broadway previous to her TV work and was the first woman to guest host the Tonight Show. All of these accomplishments show her incredible charm, intelligence and talent and all are a thousand times better than the Brady Brunch.

A woman who maintained a thriving career for decades without sacrificing time for her family, Florence Henderson will be missed. Let’s use this as a reason to never show the Brady Bunch again.
