Donald Trump Quotes Bane from ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ in Inauguration Speech

Trump: But we are transferring power from Washington D.C. and giving it back to you… the people. For too long a small group in our nation’s capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have born the cost.
Bane: We take Gotham from the corrupt! The rich! The oppressors of generations who have kept you down with myths of opportunity, and we give it back to you… the people.
There are some parallels here, but also some overreactions. Yes, Trump pumps himself full of spray tan the same way Bane pumped himself full of Venom. And, if given the chance, Trump would probably snap the back of Hillary Clinton over his knee.
But Bane was super smart because all he did was read books and he hated walls.
Maybe we should have just elected Bane.
