Lena Dunham Mentioned Penises and The ‘Today’ Show Shut Down

Lena Dunham derailed the Today show horribly after Maria Shriver told her that she had seen three episodes of the new season of Girls. Of course Lena Dunham responded:

“You saw a penis, right?”

While it was weird of Lena Dunham to ask, what made it even weirder was that Maria Shriver totally shut down. She literally had nothing going on there, like by saying the word “penis,” Lena Dunham pushed her magical off switch. Matt Lauer also went into shut down mode instantly.

Do these people not know what a penis is?
