Damn, some people taking Dancing with the Stars a bit too seriously. Charo, the ageless Latin star, squeaked by with a 25 out of 40 score this past week. In her mind, she’s a 50 out of 40.
An E! News source says that “Charo was super upset this week about her scoring and she feels like she’s being treated and scored very unfairly” and also that she is “seriously upset.”
I watched her recent performance on DWTS.
The evidence is in. She’s weak. Clapping off beat, messing up her ending, seems like her score is right where it should be. Half the time her partner, Keo Motsepe, leads her. The rest of the time Charo stomps her feet when not clapping. That’s it, no real dancing evident at all.
E! News also writes:
“She was telling producers that she doesn’t like how they’re underscoring her and she feels like she’s been treated so badly so she was threatening to quit,” our source continued. The producers were ultimately able to walk her back off the ledge, but we hear the threat still stands “unless they started scoring her performances more fairly.”

She’s basically doing the same thing here as she was doing on her most recent DWTS performance.
Let Charo quit. Her scoring’s gonna be so low anyway that she’ll be axed pretty soon. Cuchi cuchi indeed.

Her backup female dancers are so much better than herself. Kinda sad. Charo is the poster child of being famous for being famous. Great article – right to the point and no glowing compliments where none are warranted. “Cuchi cuchi indeed.”
