Kyrie Irving caused a stir a few weeks ago when he said that he believed “the earth is flat.” A lot people laughed, some criticized him, and then we all moved on because who cares what he believes on such a silly subject?
Well, let’s bring it back up again.
Shaq is a flat-Earther, too

Shaq has Kyrie’s back. Because, of course he does. And I thought Charles Barkley made the dumbest statements on that panel. Poor Ernie Johnson.
I do like Shaq’s logic.
I do not go up and down at a 360-degree angle.
The man has a point. I’m walking on flat ground. I’m not walking around no circle. Am I? I’m now really confused about this whole situation and don’t know who to believe. Do I trust years of science and proof? Or a guy who played basketball? Shaq knows round objects. He dominated the ball when he played. And he sits with Barkley in retirement. If he doesn’t think the earth is round, who am I to question him?
