Tom Hanks Loves Sent the Press a Coffee Maker

Every good journalist needs a good cup of coffee. Except me, I just get hopped up on Mountain Dew.

Tom Hanks knows the importance of coffee for a journalist. And he really knows the importance of coffee to those journalists who cover politics.

That’s why he sent a coffee machine to the White House press corps. Those poor people need some kind of pick me up dealing with Donald Trump every day. On top of the coffee machine, he wrote a sweet little note.

“Keep up the good fight for Truth, Justice, and the American Way … Especially the Truth part.”

The truth part is definitely important. Nobody wants to be accused of being fake news.

Don’t think Hanks is doing this just because of Trump, though. This is actually the third time Hanks has sent a coffee machine to the White House press corps over the years.
