‘The Walking Dead’ Is Now About Angry Old Ladies

I don’t watch The Walking Dead. I don’t know who Negan or Daryl are or why the following story is supposed to be funny. Or not funny. Just thought I would disclose that before trying to explain what happened when Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and Daryl (Norman Reedus) were getting coffee one day.

“I was with Jeffrey – we were riding motorcycles and we stopped in this little town to get coffee,” Reedus told the Daily Star Online.

“We’re sitting outside and this car pulls up and this little old lady hangs out of the car and goes, ‘You’re my Daryl!’

“She looks at him and goes, ‘F*** you!’ This little old lady was screaming, ‘Don’t you touch him!'”

“He’s like, ‘Hey ma’am, we’re just having coffee,’ and she’s like, ‘Where do you live?’ and he’s like, ‘I’m not telling you.'”

Based on this exchange, I’m going to draw my own conclusions about The Walking Dead. First, I assume that Negan is very mean to the elderly in this show. I thought the show was about zombies, but zombies and old people are pretty interchangeable. This show doesn’t sound very good. A guy being mean to little old ladies.

Second, little old ladies take this show really serious. If my first conclusion is correct, I can’t say that I blame them. However, do you think all high school students are angry at Danny McBride for the way he treats his students in Vice Principals? Probably not. Chill out, old ladies.

Third, was the old lady driving? If so, we can just be thankful that she didn’t run over Negan in order to protect Daryl. I’m assuming that there’s been an episode about old people driving and Negan trying his best to shut that down, while Daryl rallies against him.

At least he didn’t tell her where he lived.
