Kathie Lee Gifford was really horrible to Bill Nye for no reason.
Throughout his interview she looked like she would rather go to bed or die than be seen with him, and treated him like a child she regretted having.
I don’t know what happened behind the scenes, but regardless it was unprofessional as f**k. If Ellen Degeneres got through that one Kanye West interview without killing him, Kathie Lee Gifford could have been professional for four minutes.
It was super awkward. From gleefully interrupting him at the end of the segment to looking like she was on Valium and not letting him explain anything, she has pissed off a lot of Bill Nye fans, who now want her fired.
