The Trumps love flaunting their money and privilege, but they also love pretending it’s some kind of weird burden that has put them at a horrible disadvantage compared to us lucky poor folk.
Yeah, I don’t get it either.
I hope nobody buys her new book, Women Who Work, Rewriting the Rules for Success, on the grounds that being born into money doesn’t mean you know everything. So, just how much money and privilege is Ivanka Trump trying to pass off as some kind of obstacle? According to The Guardian:
The couple reportedly disclosed in financial declarations in March that they personally own at least $240m in assets and are the beneficiaries of a larger business empire to the tune of $741m.
Ugh. According to Ivanka, it’s all so hard.

Real working moms don’t get any self-care. They just run themselves into the ground while everyone tells them their cellulite and attitude are gross for 40 years and then they die.
