Usher Can’t Dance His Way Out Of This Lawsuit

It’s been a bad month for famous R&B crooners. Lost in the R. Kelly sex house drama was the Usher herpes drama. Well, let’s get ready to party like it’s 2004 because Usher gets our attention today.

Quantasia Sharpton, one of the three women accusing Usher of exposing her to herpes, spoke out today in a press conference. Sharpton detailed the night in question, saying she was celebrating her 19th birthday at an Usher concert. She was wearing a crown and was invited backstage. After giving her number to a security guard, she received a phone call from the singer, inviting her to his hotel room.

“We spoke for a while and then we engaged in sexual contact. He never warned me about any STDs, it was just after my 19th birthday,”

Sharpton is now 21 and went on to say that had she known he had herpes, she would not have consented to sex. The good news is that she tested negative for herpes. The bad news is that she’s an idiot who wears a crown to celebrate her birthday at a concert. Ladies, don’t do that.

Usher was diagnosed with herpes in 2009 or 2010 and is now being sued by Sharpton and the two other ladies for not disclosing his, umm, condition (?), to them prior to making love in the club. Usher already paid a stylist $1.1 million in 2012 for giving her herpes.

The most unbelievable part of this story is that only three women have come forward since finding out that Usher has herpes. I’m supposed to believe that from 2010 to now, Usher only slept with three women or that he told every other woman about having herpes except these three? Nope. Not buying it. Not when you hear Sharpton’s story about Usher picking her out of the crowd, deciding he was going to sleep with her, and then sleeping with her.

Usher is about to lose all his “Yeah” money just because he didn’t confess he had herpes. As long as this all leads to Confessions 2, then it’s worth it.
