Kardashian has forced her feet into high heels so much that her toes are beginning to curl and get gnarled. It’s a condition called hammertoe.
Hammertoe and mallet toe are foot deformities that occur due to an imbalance in the muscles, tendons or ligaments that normally hold the toe straight defined as “a foot condition in which the toe has an abnormal bend in the middle joint.

That’s her feet from 4 years ago. I can’t see much deformity going on yet. That toe next to the thumb toe on the left side looks like it was heading towards Hammertoe-ville though.
The future mother of three wants everything on her body to be perfect, so she’s getting these fixed. The surgery requires either a tendon to be moved from the bottom of the toe to the top. That’s the non-serious surgery. The other is to cut open the toe on top, cut through the ligaments and tendons, saw off a piece of bone in the front and straighten the toe with pins. Is it worth it? Sure, if you’re super vain like Kim.
