21-year-old rapper Lil Peep has died. His manager, Chase Ortega, figured Peep would die at 20. He tweeted, “I’ve been expecting this call for a year. Mother f**k.” The tweet is protected, so we’ll just have to take everyone’s word for it.
The cause of death hasn’t been revealed, but it’s suspected to be an overdose. Given his manager’s reaction of expecting the call for a year, an overdose is a pretty good guess.
I’d never heard of Lil Peep, and probably wouldn’t listen to his music based on the sheer number of terrible tattoos he had, but people I have heard of took the news pretty hard.
Peep you deserved more out of life. Life didn't do your greatness justice

Peep posted an Instagram video on Tuesday night say “six Xanax, and now it’s lit.” He’s openly talked about his drug use through his music. He’s also admitted to suffer from depression.
The guy was either reaching out for help and didn’t get it or promoting and romanticizing a drug lifestyle. Either way, it’s a bad look. As someone who suffers from depression, I sympathize with him. But I don’t go around bragging about taking six Xanax or any other drugs. Maybe those that tweeted support should have tried to do more than “like” his videos about taking Xanax.
Hopefully you did more than just “like” this vid of him taking pills, Wes.. pic.twitter.com/OJ4VY80Dr5

If you’re depressed, get real help. Or find you some friends that care enough to get you some real help.
Nah, I’m okay with the thinking of the talentless here. Rest in hell, Gustav Ahr; the same shitheads missing you today won’t remember you next year.
