Matt Lauer Still Thinks People Care About Him

Since being fired from the Today show for sexual harassment, Matt Lauer has been pretty dignified about his fall from grace. Just kidding. Lauer is playing armchair producer from his couch because he’s under the absurd assumption that people still care about what he thinks.

This may come as a shock to absolutely no one but sources say no one gives a shit about Lauer’s show notes. Plus, they’re probably not really helpful at all considering they say stuff like, “Tell Hoda she dropped something and that she may need to bend over to pick it up,” and “Tell Kathie Lee to get her hand away from there. That’s where the other button is!

What could Katie say. This is giving to much power to one person and I am sure now that one has come out there will be numerous more. The one that reported Matt was scared and tthat is why she waited along time and then got herself an attorney. I already quit watching her portion of the Today Show. MK is so boring and dull. I just hope they do not put her in Matt’s old position…….I will watch CBS or ABC news for sure! NBC don’t do it!!!!

Please don’t confuse sexual harassment with rape.

I didn’t mention it specifically in the article, but Lauer was accused of sexual assault.

“One complaint came from a former employee who said Mr. Lauer had summoned her to his office in 2001, locked the door and sexually assaulted her. She provided her account to The New York Times but declined to let her name be used.

She told The Times that she passed out and had to be taken to a nurse. She said that she felt helpless because she didn’t want to lose her job, and that she didn’t report the encounter at the time because she felt ashamed.”

Matt’s actions (if true) seems worse than Billy’s inappropriate words. I know that both are over the line. Seems arrogant to say he won’t, Mount a Billy Bush style campaign. Still feel above everyone else, Matt. You look a little Trumpish!
