Things aren’t getting any better for Nick Carter. A month ago, singer Melissa Schuman accused Carter of raping her. Nothing really came out of those allegations, except public humiliation and shame for Carter.
Now, a new report indicates that Carter had sex with a female between the age of 12 and 16.
The alleged victim, named AJ in the report, filed the incident in December 2003. Here is her account of the incident according to Radar Online:
*AJ visited the Carter family from August to November 2003. She told him that she was 18. Alright, so she must have been closer to 16 than 12. Unless Nick Carter is a real idiot and can’t tell the difference between 12 and 18.
*They had consensual sex three times. In the water, on a bus, and on a boat. These details don’t seem important. But they are. Don’t ask why.
*The first two times, she had been drinking, but she knew what was going on. The third time, she was, “very intoxicated, she had slurred speech and wasn’t able to walk really well.”
*She didn’t want to perform oral sex on Carter, but after much begging, she finally gave in.
*She also had consensual sex with Aaron Carter, who was 15.
The case was not prosecuted because, based on what I just typed, Nick Carter didn’t really do anything wrong. She lied about her age, she consented to any sexual encounter, and she was probably spoiled by the Carter family. According to a friend close to the Carter’s, “A.J. lied about her age so that she could be with Nick. Nobody forced A.J. to drink and she bragged about being with both Nick and A.C.”
Yeah, sorry AJ, but you don’t have much of a case here. And while Nick Carter is still scum for allegedly raping a singer, I’m not going to bag on the guy for having consensual sex with a girl who lied about her age.
This just makes me wonder how many girls Aaron and Nick shared during their life.
