Chris Brown Still Can’t Quit Rihanna and It’s All Sad

Rihanna turns 30 today. Happy Birthday, RiRi.

The whole world noticed she turned 30 because she’s Rihanna and we notice when she walks out of the house. One particular individual also noticed.

Not only did Chris Brown wish Rihanna a happy birthday, but he shared a baby photo of her. What is wrong with this guy?

Chris Brown defenders like to claim that Brown and Rihanna are friends, and that this is simply a friend wishing a friend happy birthday. They aren’t friends. Rihanna stated as much in a 2015 interview with Vanity Fair when she said, “We don’t have much of a relationship.”

Given that she literally never mentions him, ever, I’m willing to bet that they still don’t have much of a relationship.

Yet Brown constantly brings her name up. Like earlier this month when he wanted to go on tour with Rihanna, Beyonce, and Bruno Mars.

She’s moved on with some billionaire who looks like Enes Kanter. Meanwhile, Brown longs for her return and can’t keep her name out of his mouth because she’s the only reason we talk about him.

Without her, he’s irrelevant in 2018.

It’s pointless to be angry with him anymore. He doesn’t know any better. He literally beat away the best thing he ever had. And he can’t move past that. It’s quite sad, if you think about. Not that I feel sorry for him. He’s still a garbage human. But it’s still sad to see him so desperate for the attention of the one who got away.

She’s 30 now. She’s moved on. Maybe it’s time for you to do the same, Chris.
