Elon Musk Living In His Own Virtual World With Grimes

Proving that we’re all just living in an AI simulation and Elon Musk has figured it all out and turned himself into a real life Tony Stark, the SpaceX founder is now probably dating musician Grimes. Cementing the rumors that popped up a few hours ago, the two arrived at the 2018 Met Gala together.

The story of how they met is deeply rooted in nerd speak that if I waded in there, I’d have to hike up my suspenders and give myself a wedgie. But I’m going to try.

The short of it is Musk was researching a joke he was trying to make by merging Roko’s Basilisk, the thought experiment, with Rococo, the French 18th century baroque style. He found out Grimes already came up with a similar joke in 2015 about Rococo Basilisk.

Naturally, he slid into her DMs and it was a match made in nerd heaven. Says an insider, “Grimes said this was the first time in three years that anyone understood the joke.” Yea, of course it was and it’ll probably be the last.
