Taylor Swift Looking for Backup Dancers Who Don’t Make Rape Jokes

Taylor Swift is known for going to war for her backup dancers. After all, it’s a backup dancer that started her feud with Katy Perry. But when a backup dancer is sexist, she will no longer put her reputation on the line for them.

Toshi, a dude fortunate to dance behind Swift every night, has been fired by the pop singer after a series of sexist remarks made on Instagram.

One meme includes telling women to go “back to the kitchen” after a women’s national club lost to a boy’s under-15 soccer club. The other two memes are rape “jokes.”

A source told the Daily Mail that Swift considered Toshi a close friend.

She donated $50,000 to his sick nephew with the message, “Baby Ayden, I’m lucky enough to perform with your uncle Toshi on tour,’ she wrote in a dedication on the website at the time. All of us are praying for you and your mama and sending so much love your way. Love, Taylor.”

Ayden, diagnosed with alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma at 13 months, passed away when he was three.

This dude had one job. Travel across the world and dance while no one was watching because they were too busy looking at Swift. Literally the easiest job in the world. And he wanted to make rape jokes instead.

Oh well, I’m sure Chris Brown is hiring.
