Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Colbert, and Conan O’Brien Unite Against Thanos Trump

In the most ambitious crossover since The Avengers, Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Colbert, and Conan O’Brien united for the ultimate late night cold open.

While the three late night hosts compete nightly for ratings, they all agreed to team up and go after a common enemy: Donald Trump.

Earlier in the week, Trump wanted Fallon to “stop whimpering” and “be a man” after Fallon showed remorse for humanizing Trump when he tussled his hair during the election. At a rally on Monday, Trump took aim at Colbert, calling him “the guy on CBS” and a “lowlife.” He went on to say Jimmy Kimmel has “no talent” while taking another shot at Fallon, calling him a “lost soul.”

Fallon and Colbert didn’t not agree with Trump’s assessment of the late night trio, feeling all those labels applied to Conan.

Conan, proving to be the smartest of the bunch, was aloof to the situation. Typically, ignoring the problem doesn’t make it go away, but it seems to be working for Conan in this bit. Being on TBS has its perks after all.

Fallon and Colbert end by agreeing to meet at the Red Hen, which is the restaurant that booted Sarah Sanders and her family.

Trump has not commented on the open just yet, presumably because he hasn’t seen it. There is no way he’s letting this slide once it reaches his eyeballs. Can’t wait for him to threaten to cancel Colbert, Fallon, and Kimmel.

Conan is safe. He’s on cable.
