Controversial 20-year-old rapper XXXTentacion was shot and killed in South Florida on Monday. Reports say he was shopping for a motorcycle and was approached by two armed suspects as he was leaving the dealership. At least one gunman fired a shot and hit XXX. The suspects apparently ran off with his LV bag.
Witnesses say XXX appeared dead at the scene. Ambulances transported him as a Level 1 trauma patient but he didn’t make it.
Broward Co. Sheriff’s Department tweeted it’s offering a $3,000 reward for any info that leads to an arrest.
XXX had his share of feuds, run-ins and charges of domestic violence. Last year he was knocked out on stage, he followed that up by punching a fan, and then details came out about his domestic violence charges which included descriptions like asking his girlfriend what BBQ tool she wanted him to stick in her vagina.
Recently, his content was scrubbed from Spotify’s curated playlists because of their new hate content policy. Fans and rappers came to his defense causing Spotify to re-include his music.
I’m not sure how I feel about this. On one hand, someone dying is always tragic. Especially someone with enough talent to draw such a rabid fanbase. On the other, he was a huge asshole who beat his pregnant girlfriend. So…

Right now I only wanna point out one thing abt the XXX situation:
You see a guy, shot in his car, laying there dead or clinging to life, and your first thought is to walk up inches from his body and film it so u can post it on snap or insta? Is this really our society right now?— JAUZ (@Jauzofficial) June 18, 2018
