Walmart went out and pissed off their core fanbase. For a short time on Tuesday, Walmart was selling clothes with “Impeach 45” on them.
.@walmart why are you selling Impeach 45 baby clothes on your website?????
What kind of message are you trying to send? https://t.co/PwI4nCVAZx

I think the message is clear, Ryan.
Shortly after Trump supporters got wind of this news, they followed in the footsteps of the President and started to rant. #BoycottWalmart soon began trending on Twitter.
Never shopping at Wal-Mart again. They feel it's ok to sell Impeach 45 but not #MAGA. If you are going to appeal to one political party, you might as well do both. #BoycottWalmart

A lot of people were excited that Walmart would be a bit cleaner.
I hope the MAGA ppl do #BoycottWalmart So I can stop seeing sheit like this…..๐๐๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐โ ๏ธ pic.twitter.com/OnAat12nQr

Me prancing through the hillbilly free aisles of Wal-Mart. Where are y'all gonna shop now? Target? ๐๐คฃ #BoycottWalmart pic.twitter.com/S6ETBCZsyF

I don't know why folks are boycotting Walmart, knowing damn well they can't afford Target. #BoycottWalmart #impeach45

Some were more focused on the real issues that Walmart should be boycotted for.
Walmart exploits its workers for minimum wage with little or no health care. It requests tax breaks from city municipalities why destroying local mom and pop stores, then raises the prices after its competition has gone out of business. We should all #BoycottWalmart.

I saw #BoycottWalmart and thought it's because their employees don't make enough money to live and have to get public assistance or because of their union busting tactics – or the fact they force employees to work on Thanksgiving.
Nope. Trump supporters are upset over a jersey

Of course, this whole thing was just one big mistake. But shhhh. Don’t tell anyone.
These items were sold by third-party sellers on our open marketplace and were not offered directly by Walmart. Weโre removing these types of items pending review of our marketplace policies.

Get to Walmart while you still can everyone.
