The #MeToo movement certainly has many men in quite the frenzy. Since inappropriate behavior towards women is becoming more publicly frowned upon, this has men of a particular caliber moaning, “Now how are we supposed to act around women?”

But never fear! People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive, Idris Elba, is here for you.

Elba was recently interviewed by the U.K.’s Sunday Times and was asked whether it was hard to be a man in Hollywood these days due to the #MeToo movement. And Elba had some solid information that could surely benefit men in the workplace who are required to interact with women.

Okay, men, listen in. Pay attention to what this paragon of manliness has to say:

“It’s only difficult if you’re a man with something to hide.”

Get the f**k out of town! According to the sexiest man alive, #MeToo is only a problem if you have something to hide! Like if you’re trying to hide the fact that you’re a misogynistic dickwad who gets off on treating women like crap. If this sounds like it could be you, then yeah, sorry guys, you’re probably in for a highly disturbing future predicament if you don’t clean up your s**t.
