When there’s so much depressing news in the world, it’s nice to read a story like this. It shows that there is some justice in the world. And in this case, it spared an innocent woman from being kidnapped and possibly killed.
In Charlotte, North Carolina, a piece of human excrement named August Williams tried to force a woman into his car. Luckily, the woman managed to escape his grip and ran into the Bushiken Karate Charlotte Dojo and told the staff that someone was trying to harm her.
Now, normally, you would think that this would be the end of it. Usually, kidnappers are all about isolating their victim, and this woman just ran into a school where there were, you know, people around. Specifically, people who are trained to beat the crap out of you if you’re posing a danger to someone. But nope, August Williams is a special kind of stupid and followed his intended victim into the karate school.
When Williams entered, the school’s senior instructor, Randall Ephraim, asked how he could help him, thinking he was going to ask about classes. Williams moronically said he was there for the victim, who obviously told everyone that she didn’t know him and that he had tried to kidnap her. When Ephraim asked Williams to leave, he refused and thought now would be a great idea to throw a tantrum. Ephraim described the scene saying,
“He was just punching at everything from walls to cars, everything. He was very strong, he weighed at least 200 and some change, under the influence, very strong, powerful individual.”
But fortunately, Williams made the dumbass decision to antagonize the very people who know exactly how to defend themselves. Since this is exactly the type of situation Randall Ephraim trains his students for, he immediately took action as he describes here.
“I then went into action defending myself and got him out of the dojo. Once outside he attempted to attack again and was dealt with accordingly.”
And “dealt with accordingly,” I assume means August Williams was given the thorough beatdown he deserved before the police toted his sorry ass away.
