Daniel Radcliffe Outs Himself as a ‘Bachelor’ and Colton Underwood Fan

It turns out that Daniel Radcliffe is a Bachelor enthusiast! And no, he’s an actual fan, not just in that “my girlfriend subjects me to this every week and forces me to watch and I sort of got into it” kind of fan! And he is definitely a fan of this season’s Bachelor, Colton Underwood.

This is what Radcliff had to say in an interview when he was asked about his latest pop cultural obsession:

“The Bachelor, I’m doing a lot of. I say this to people and they seem surprised. I would also like to say I used to be, like, one of those guys that was like, ‘Yeah, you know, my girlfriend makes me watch it.’ It’s not. I’m making the choice. It’s me. Week after week… I think I used to be really annoying and snobby about it and I actually started watching it and I’m like, ‘Nah, I like it.'”

“I’m very obsessed. Also, he [Colton Underwood] seems like a nice person this season. They haven’t all been.”

He is certainly right about that. Underwood has actually proved to be a better Bachelor as opposed to the milquetoast contestant he was on The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise.

Personally, I think it’s awesome that Radcliffe is into The Bachelor. As someone who regularly watches this show (because the comedic potential is limitless),  it has it’s got to be enormously fun being in the same room with Radcliffe watching the show and listening to his running commentary. Particularly with that British accent. His girlfriend is a very lucky lady (assuming that she’s into watching it, too).
