Earlier this week, Jessica Biel seemed to come out of the shadows as an anti-vaxxer when news got out she was an opponent of SB 276. If it were to pass, it would reduce medical exemptions from vaccinations that don’t have approval from state public health officers.
On Thursday, she said she’s not joining Jenny McCarthy in her crusade to kill children. She is not against vaccinations at all. This fight was a fight for her friend. Put down your pitchforks, people.
Biel wrote, “My concern with #SB276 is solely regarding medical exemptions. My dearest friends have a child with a medical condition that warrants an exemption from vaccinations, and should this bill pass, it would greatly affect their family’s ability to care for their child in this state.”
This is terrible news for anti-vaxxers. That’s one less celebrity endorsement for their baby killing campaign. Which is total bullshit. If you need anymore proof that vaccines cause autism, just look at Jenny McCarthy.
